Dear Parents,

 We are very excited and are looking forward to our school trip tomorrow to Twycross Zoo. 

Due to the distance to Twycross Zoo we will need to leave school at 9.00am prompt. Children will need to be in school for register for 8.45am, and may start arriving from 8.35am. The side gate will be opened from this time. We will be departing Twycross Zoo at 2.00pm and aim to be back at school for 3.15pm. However, we will keep you updated, via School Jotter, in the case of any delays.

 We will be travelling by coach and the children will need to wear their school polo shirts, sweatshirts, sensible footwear and to bring a raincoat. Also, please send a sun hat and sun cream as the weather forecast is predicted to be warm with a chance of a shower. All children will need a packed lunch – no fizzy drinks or sweets. It is advisable for the children to bring more than 1 bottle of water due to the weather. Please note children will need to carry their own packed lunches all day, so a rucksack is a good option.
